Fragile is a Challenge Deck. Its starter jokers, two negative, eternal Oops! All 6s, ensure that every glass card is broken upon being played. As the game ends when all cards are gone, and the player cannot add non-glass cards to the deck, care should be taken to avoid breaking every card.

The starting deck contains the standard 52 cards, and each one is glass.
Synergies[]
- Cryptid is still allowed in order to duplicate the glass cards the player already has in their deck.
- Glass Joker will build reliably throughout the challenge.
- Erosion gains mult similarly throughout the run. It is weaker than Glass Joker, however, because its additive mult comes into play after the Glass Cards are used.
- Throwback provides a good scaling xMult source, as players are encouraged to skip blinds to preserve as many Glass cards as possible to beat Ante 8.
- Retriggers such as Hanging Chad and Sock and Buskin allow glass cards to become far more powerful.
- Chance-based Joker such as Space Joker or 8 Ball are guaranteed to hit, useful to level up played hands or spawn Tarot cards.
- Joker Stencil becomes more powerful due to the negative Oops! All Sixes! This raises the base mult from Stencil Joker from x5 to x7.
- Any Boss Blind that debuffs cards will allow Glass Cards to be played without breaking, giving players chance to preserve some Glass Cards to use at later blinds.
Crimson Heart can randomly disable one of the two Oops! All Sixes, giving glass cards a 1 in 2 chance to survive.
Anti-Synergies[]
- Any scaling Joker that requires playing hands like Green Joker, Spare Trousers..., since more Glass cards will break in the process, leading to a quick Game Over.
- Similarly, Acrobat, Card Sharp and Dusk should not be used, as they require playing many hands, when ideally you should be playing as little as possible to conserve your cards.
- Blue Joker quickly falls off in value in this challenge.
- Hologram is far harder to use due to all sources of playing cards besides Cryptid and DNA being banned in this challenge.
- Immolate shouldn't be used more than once, since losing five cards can make it impossible to assemble certain winning hands. Likewise, The Hanged Man shouldn't be used unless to buff Glass Joker.
- DNA is weaker in this challenge due to the copied card breaking immediately thereafter.
