Constellation is an uncommon Joker that provides an additional x0.1 Mult per Planet Card used. This Joker starts with a base x1.0 Mult. Black Hole, whilst sometimes available from a Celestial pack, is actually a Spectral card, and will not increase the Mult of Constellation.
This Joker cannot receive the Perishable sticker.
