Glass Joker is a Joker that provides Multiplicative Mult to all played hands. It starts at x1 Mult and gains x0.75 Mult every time a Glass Card is destroyed, be it breaking after being played in a hand, or the effects of 
Sixth Sense, 
Trading Card, or The Hanged Man Tarot Card.
Among the Multiplicative Mult Jokers that can have their value increased, Glass Joker is one of the fastest-scaling; after breaking just 3 Glass Cards, it will give X3.25 Mult to all played hands, making it stronger than 
Cavendish (only 
Canio and 
Yorick, both exceedingly rare Legendary Jokers, have greater per-interval scaling values).
This Joker cannot receive the Perishable sticker.

- The
Zodiac Deck gives more opportunity to buy both Justice and The Hanged Man directly from the shop. - The Anaglyph Deck, with its Double Tag provided after each Boss Blind, may allow players to open a huge amount of Mega Arcana Packs, or buff up their money to invest in Arcana Packs later in the run.

Any hand that contains a scoring Glass Card will have a chance to buff Glass Joker.
Jokers[]
- Splash: This allows up to five Glass Cards to be played at once, in the event that the Glass Cards cannot form an ideal poker hand. While also giving more X2 Mult boosts that can potentially make or break a run, it most importantly gives extra chances at breaking Glass Cards, thereby scaling Glass Joker at a faster rate.
- Erosion: An Additive Mult Joker that scales remarkably fast as the number of cards in your full deck drops below the starting amount. Even destroying single-digit numbers of Glass Cards can give it up to +36 Mult, which, in turn, will pair very nicely with this Joker's at-times simultaneous Multiplicative Mult scaling.
- Oops! All 6s: With this Joker equipped, Glass Cards will break half of the time, making the rate at which Glass Joker scales much faster. This comes at the downside of exhausting your deck at the same accelerated rate, so consider finding additional ways to add cards to it, like certain Spectral Cards (Familiar, Grim, Incantation, and Cryptid), the aforementioned DNA, Certificate, or Standard Packs.
- Trading Card: As long as a Glass Card is drawn in the opening hand, this can potentially lead to a X0.75 Mult boost every Blind, while also earning some value on the side.
- DNA: This Joker allows duplicating Glass Cards easier, and they could break in the process, immediately providing a buff for Glass Joker.
- Canio: Although these two Jokers are an unlikely combination, they can both have their Multiplicative Mult scaled greatly, and simultaneously, by destroying Glass face cards. Pareidolia will make all cards count as face cards, meaning that each Glass Card that breaks or is destroyed by The Hanged Man will scale both of them at once.
- Any Joker that creates Tarot Cards will enable two crucial things for strengthening Glass Joker: Firstly, easier access to both Justice to enhance cards into Glass Cards, and The Hanged Man to destroy them, and secondly, holding unwanted Tarot Cards in the consumable slots to increase the chances that the aforementioned two will appear in Booster Packs ( Showman has anti-synergy with this strategy, as it will allow duplicate Tarot Cards to appear in the packs); among them, Cartomancer and Vagabond are the easiest to activate and gain large amounts of Tarot Cards from. The Legendary Joker Perkeo can make the Justice and The Hanged Man even more common by duplicating them every round!
Trivia[]
- This Joker is part of a series of Enhancement-themed Jokers, which will only appear when the player has at least 1 card of their designated Enhancement in their full deck; in this Joker's case, it requires at least 1 Glass Card. The other Jokers in this series are Stone Joker, Steel Joker, Golden Ticket and Lucky Cat.
- Spectral Cards that can destroy Glass Cards such as Immolate, Familiar, Grim, and Incantation do not increase Glass Joker. This seems to be a bug.
