Sixth Sense is a joker that will provide you with Spectral Cards, as long as you can feed it with a 6 as the only played card in the first hand of a round. It activates after all scoring is completed and therefore still works if the 6 is debuffed, and does not get influenced by retriggers.
Sixth Sense cannot give you the Spectral Cards The Soul or Black Hole, as both can only be found in Booster Packs.

Poker Hands[]
- High Card is the only poker hand directly relevant to Sixth Sense.
Jokers[]
- Perkeo can copy any Spectral Card created by Sixth Sense.
- DNA can copy the 6 before it is destroyed (order of Jokers doesn't matter).
- Credit Card combined with Wraith allows you to spend $20 in debt, and then use Wraith to eliminate the debt while obtaining a Rare Joker.
- Another copy of Sixth Sense does not work because the first copy will destroy the 6 before the second copy activates.
