The Family is a rare Joker that offers an easy and powerful X4 Mult any time you play a hand that contains a Four of a Kind.
It can be unlocked by winning a run without playing a Four of a Kind (though playing other hands that contain four cards of the same rank, such as Five of a Kind, are allowed for the unlock condition).
