The Tribe is a rare joker that offers X2 Mult any time you play a Flush. It can be unlocked by winning a run without playing a Flush (though playing other hands that contain flushes, such as Flush House, are allowed).
Since The Tribe only offers X2 Mult and has no scaling potential, it has limited utility past Ante 8.
Compared to the other hand-specific multiplicative mult cards, The Tribe is probably the weakest, because it only works with 4 possible hands (and only 2 of those are accessible without deck modification). However, if you have a deck that lends itself to flushes with the occasional high-value flush (like Flush House or Flush Five), The Tribe may be a better option.
